Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara Heritage Commission will hold a meeting on the 5th day of May, in the Santa Clara Town Hall Conference room at 2603 Santa Clara Drive. The meeting will begin at
4:00 p.m.

Call to Order:

Approval of Minutes for November 9, 2021.

Business:

1. Consider a Zone Change request from Historic District Overlay/Residential to Historic District Overlay/Mixed Use Zone for property located at 2620 Santa Clara Drive. Applicant: Steven Hafen

2. Discussion and or approval to build a duplex structure behind the existing residence and pool house located at 2562 Santa Clara Drive. Applicant: Melanie Slavens.

3. Consider a Zone Change request from Historic District Overlay/Residential to Historic District Overlay/Mixed Use Zone for property located at 3105 Quail Street. Applicant: Mandi Gubler.

4. Discussion and or approval to build a 5,000 square foot multi-use building on the property located at 3105 Quail Street. Applicant: Mandi Gubler.
